Use of our products and services
Use of our site is not meant to serve as a substitute for professional medical advice: This Sites is solely an online platform for booking tours, activities and services. Please consult with your own physician or health care practitioner regarding the use of any goods, products or information received from our site before using or relying on them. Your physician or health care practitioner should address any and all medical questions, concerns and decisions regarding the possible treatment of any medical condition. LTC does not give or intend to give any answers to medical related questions and these Sites do not replace any medical professional or medical resource. LTC does not represent itself as a physician nor is this implied.
All customers are required to display an e-voucher, screenshot or printed voucher on arrival. Alternatively, please ensure you carry appropriate I.D, to enable tour suppliers to verify your identity.

The terms and conditions within this document cover the entire agreement in relation to the contact governing the supply of our goods.
Law and Jurisdiction
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of use of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you may commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.
While LTC tries to ensure that the information in or through the Website is accurate, it does not provide any warranties, express or implied, in relation to its correctness, completeness, current, reliability, suitability for any purpose or otherwise (including for any information provided by third parties). LTC may change, add or remove information on the Website and its structure and functions at any time at its sole discretion, without specifically informing of any such change, and without removing outdated information or characterizing it as such.
LTC excludes its liability, and that of its agents and independent contractors, and its and their employees and officers, and its sub-agents or distribution partners for damages relating to your access to (or inability to access) the Website, or to any errors or omissions, or the results obtained from the use, of the Website, whatever the legal basis of such liability would be, except liability for damages caused wilfully or through gross negligence, and only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual Property Rights
As between you and LTC, the Website is and remains protected by copyright and/or any other intellectual property rights (including protection granted through unfair competition law). You acquire no rights in the Website, and in any names, trade names, and distinctive signs of any nature (including trademarks) published on the Website. You may access and view the Website, but not incorporate it into other websites, and not copy, present, license, publish, download, upload, send or make it perceptible in any other way without our prior written consent.
All prices on LTC are quoted per person and include VAT and all other taxes.
These prices specified by the Suppliers may be subjected to special conditions, for example with regards to cancellation and the refunding of payments made. Before making the booking, please check precisely whether the respective service agreement is subject to separate conditions.
Any cancellation by you must be initiated by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email within 48 hours of the cancellation.
In certain cases you may be eligible to receive a full or partial refund depending upon:
• the reason for your cancellation or
• the number days of prior to the start of the tour your cancellation request is received or
• the amount expended by the individual guide to prepare for your tour or
• the cancellation policy option you choose
Cancellation Made Within
7 Days Prior to Departure Date – Non-refundable
8-14 Days Prior to Departure Date – 40% of payment is refunded
15-29 Days Prior to Departure Date – 60% of payment is refunded
30 or More Days Prior to Departure Date – 90% of payment is refunded
In the event of cancellation caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances such as flight cancellations, civil or political unrest, ‘force majeure’, or human or manmade disaster, the Company will endeavour to reimburse any monies that it can retrieve from its suppliers.
In the event of any cancellation, the Company will not accept liability for any consequential expenses that the Client may incur as a result of cancellation or for any other loss or damage howsoever caused arising out of cancellation. In all cases it is up to the Client to have suitable insurance to cover any additional losses not covered by the Company’s policy of reimbursement due to cancellation and to have booked flights that are sufficiently flexible to accommodate change/cancellation.
Foreign and Commonwealth Office Advice
The Client acknowledges that they are responsible to make themselves aware through Foreign Office advice, State Department warnings and any other sources available to them in regard to the safety of the countries and areas in which they will be travelling and to make their decisions accordingly.
10.2 Whilst we will do our best to inform clients of relevant changes to the FCO Travel Advice (www.fco.gov.uk), it is up to the Client, and not the Company, to know what the FCO travel advice to a certain country, or region of a country, is and to be adequately insured to travel there. The Company accepts no liability if the Client a) chooses to cancel a booking because of FCO advice or b) is not adequately insured to travel.
Medical Conditions, Pregnancy and Travel
If you have a medical condition, or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care, or your pregnancy is high-risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check-out process by adding special comments. You understand that LTC and local providers are not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel.
Love the Caribbean the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We will not share this information with any third parties, except as outlined in this policy. LTC collects information from our users at several different points on our website in order to process reservations and better serve you with pertinent information. Information collected includes name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, email address and payment information such as credit card. LTC also requires you to submit a username and password of your choice for future access to your information. Your username and password is to remain confidential and you should not share this information with anyone.
Tour Amendments and Cancellation
Tour providers will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, tour providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riots and many other uncontrollable circumstances. Tour providers also reserve the right to cancel the tour prior to departure, and refund payment if the number of participants is inadequate to form a tour group.
Passports and Visas
You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry requirements necessary for each country of travel and/or transit on your selected tour itinerary. Entry laws differ with respect to traveler’s citizenship. LTC cannot obtain personal travel documents for customers or assume responsibility for notice of current requirements on any given country. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents.
You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. LTC will not be responsible for any penalties due to your failure to abide by any regulations of the government of the visiting country.
